Mr Manners has served as a Non-executive Director of Delta since March 2022, including as Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. He leaves the company in accordance with his resignation process outlined in the Ballard Mining Prospectus. Delta Chair, Mr El Sayed said: “The Board would like to thank Tim for his significant contribution to Delta during his tenure as a Director. We wish Tim well as he commences his new executive role at Ballard Mining.” The Board has determined that the Delta board composition remains appropriate and will not be seeking to appoint a replacement Director at this point in time.
